$120 for 3 days/week, or $80 for 2 days/week

Event Description:

All sports have functional movements that are imperative to successful performance. By training the foundational movements, we can improve their sport specific movements.

For example, want a stronger kick for soccer? Improve hip knee stability and hip mobility/strength! Want to run faster? Improve hamstring flexibility and core strength!
