MarLuna studies Tribal Fusion Belly Dance. Her practice of this art has been ongoing for over four years. She has previously danced with Tribal Moon Rising and Tribal Underground. She currently is proud to direct troupe HERSELF.
MarLuna will teach BASIC beginners Tribal Fusion Belly Dance. This style is a combination of many dance styles. We will be dancing to both modern "top 40" music and some traditional Tribal music as well. You will learn basic shimmy techniques, "Snake Arms", and other essential pieces of Tribal Belly Dance choreography. Belly Dancing is a great work out and a fun way to strengthen your core.
Dress in comfortable clothes. Bare feet are fine. All ages are welcome. No previous dance experience necessary. Bring a bottle of water and your love for dancing, sisterhood and female empowerment!
