This is a guided meditation class and allows you to learn how to focus your attention and energy on each of the seven chakras within the body. By doing this you will energize and align your chakras and allow healing to take place. Through this guided meditation you will rid your mind and body of the negativity and blockages that keep your chakra system and your self from working together to your full potential. This meditation will teach you how to clear your mind of the daily stresses of life and the negative feelings associated with them. You will learn the benefit of having a daily meditation routine; your mind will be more focused, and you will be able to find love and peace in all circumstances.
