This class is an "open to everyone, on-going, bi-weekly Shaman class".
Dawn will be covering a variety of subjects on Shamanism:
*Journey Work
*Meditation
*Learning about and meeting your spirit team, guides, angels, animal totems etc. How to communicate clearly with them.
*Creating your own sacred space/ altar.
*Learning about working with herbs, plants, nature and the elements.
*Making a personal medicine bag.
*Drumming, chanting, etc.
